Nightmares On Wax Live: Apollo 21.00 20€: DJ E.A.S.E brings his mix of hip hop, soul and electronic sounds to Barcelona. The UK artist was one of the pioneers of Warp Records releases

Hush-Hush – Stand up comedy show – 20.30 – Casa Gracia: Hosted by Hannah Becker and Lucy Marti see English stand up comedy in a 1920’s vibe building

Live music Jam – Carrer del Paradís 4, 22.30: Open stage live music Jam which is streamed to to a radio. An intimate setting with great music

Documentary Screening: ‘All to Play For’ By OTOXO Productions: 19.00 – Carrer Guardia 10: A free premiere screening of ‘All to Play For’, a new documentary about the football team FC Pol Positiu. Confronting the stigma and silence around mental health


Saturday 24th March

Cirque du Soleil: Totem – From €28 – A new show for the avant-garde circus show displaying evolution from amphibians to humans to flight. Maybe they know something we dont yet

SoundEAT! – Parc del Forum – Detroit Swindle headline a full day festival of eating and listening to music in the daytime sun. Food stalls decorate the edges of the centre stage. A fun and vibrant event to tickle your hedonistic eating and day-partying needs

Van Van Market: Moll de Pescador €10 – Usually closed to the public, a small fish festival celebrating local fisherman and their catch! now you’ll be able to taste local fishes and probably hear a tale or two of the ol’ blue. Entrance requires pre-registration.

Sunday 25th March 

Disney – The art of storytelling -Av. Francesc Ferrer i Guàrdia, 6-8 – 10.00 – 20.00, €4: The Animation giant that turned into it’s own culture. Exhibition showcasing storytelling through the art of animation. Drawings, digital prints, watercolours, films. Friday – Sunday

Brunch in the City – Apparat + Actress x Mount Kimbie + Lone + Terr – Poble Espanyol: The infamous Sunday party is back. In the main square bringing processed beats form across the globe on the day of rest. Expect melodic electric sounds and perhaps a bit of debauchery

MEAM – Women artists today– €9- Spanish female artists with an array or talents, from sculpturing, drawing & paintings on display. Contemporary figurative art from modern and alive women, some of which will display their high-quality works for the first time

Palm Sunday – Arrival of the Donkey Parade: 12.00 – Plaça de Sant Agustí: Yes there will be a donkey! A parade will go through Ciutat vella with palm leaves and a donkey. Masses and traditions will also be held
